In order to gain flexibility over Atakey Patates's future financing needs and to diversify alternative financing sources, at our Company's Board of Directors Meeting; Within the framework of the 3rd paragraph of Article 10 of the Lease Certificates Communiqué (Serial: III-61.1; ("Communiqué")) published by the Capital Markets Board ("CMB"), Regarding the approval of the issue document, our Company will be the fund user and Ata Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. will be the issuer, within one year from the date of the CMB decision, in various maturities not exceeding 1 (one) year and based on the management contract, 1,000,000,000.00 TL. Limited to the issuance ceiling of (One Billion Turkish Liras), lease certificates will be issued domestically to be sold to private and/or qualified investors without public offering. And regarding this, it was decided to obtain the necessary permissions and carry out all other transactions by applying to the CMB and other relevant authorities.
