Within the scope of the Share Buyback Program approved at the General Assembly meeting of our Company dated June 14, 2024, regarding the decision of the Board of Directors on October 7, 2024 about the initiation of Share Buyback Transactions;

On February 14, 2025, ATAKP shares of ₺10,000 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of ₺39.82 – ₺42.00 (weighted average of ₺39.95) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our Company.
