Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun almış olduğu 15.05.2018 tarih ve 2018/20 sayılı kararı ile;
Şirketimizin 100.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 27.150.000 TL olan mevcut çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle %100 oranında bedelli olarak 27.150.000 TL tutarında artırılarak, 54.300.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına karar veriş olup, gerekli izinlerin alınması için 08.06.2018 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
