Yönetim Kurulumuzun 23.02.2021 tarihli toplantısında, 2020 yılı karının Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ile Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 19'uncu maddesine ve Şirketimiz Kar Dağıtım Politikası'na uygun olarak, ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere toplam 34.000.000 TL brüt kar dağıtılması ve kar dağıtımının 26.03.2021 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmesi konularının 19.03.2021 tarihinde yapılacak olan Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
