Our Board of Directors has resolved to extend the validity period of the registered capital ceiling, which is set to expire in 2025, until the end of 2029. it has been decided to increase the registered capital ceiling to TRY 2,000,000,000 and to amend Article 6 titled "Capital" of the Company's Articles of Association accordingly. Necessary approvals from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade will be sought, and following the receipt of these approvals, the relevant amendment will be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the next general assembly meeting. A request for a compliance opinion was submitted to the Capital Markets Board on January 20, 2025.
