As part of our company's sustainability strategy, we plan to establish a 7.3 MWe (9.9 MWp) solar power plant on state-owned land located in Çiçektepe village, Dinar district, Afyonkarahisar province, a right of surface has been established on the aforementioned land for a period of 29 years, and the registration in the land registry has been completed, the investment is planned to be financed through long-term green transition loans, as detailed in the special situation announcement dated April 14, 2025.
In this context, in order to obtain the electrical energy required by our factories from renewable energy sources, a Solar Power Plant Construction Agreement was signed with Solares Yenilenebilir Enerji AŞ on July 31, 2025, for the construction of a solar power plant that we developed in Çiçektepe village, Dinar district, Afyonkarahisar province.
The Afyonkarahisar Solar Power Plant, with an estimated investment of approximately USD 3.8 million, has a capacity of 9,924 kWp and is expected to generate approximately 16,000 MWh/year of electricity. Once the Afyonkarahisar Solar Power Plant is completed within the next six months and becomes operational, approximately 97% of the Company's energy consumption, calculated based on its actual energy consumption in 2024, will be met from renewable energy sources.
