At our Company's Ordinary General Meeting held on April 29, 2026, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Board, and the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK") regulations, and following the decision of our Board of Directors dated April 1, 2026, and after obtaining the opinion of the Audit Committee, it was decided to select KPMG Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountant Financial Consultancy Inc., registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate under Trade Registry Number 480474-42805, located at Levent Mah. Meltem Sok. İş Kuleleri Sit. Kule 3 Blok N14 İç Kapı: 10 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, to audit our Company's financial reports for the 2026 fiscal year and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations, including but not limited to the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards published by the KGK.
