Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, 31.05.2024 tarih ve 2024/9 sayılı toplantısında tahsisli sermaye artırımı sonucunda ihraç edilen payların satış işlemlerinin 30.05.2024 tarihi itibariyle tamamlandığından, Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin "Sermaye ve Paylarının Nev'i, Devri" başlıklı 6 ncı maddesinin ekteki şekilde tadil edilmesi için, söz konusu tadil metnine gerekli izin ve onayın alınması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmasına karar vermiştir. Esas sözleşme değişikliği ile ilgili tadil tasarısının onaylanması talebi ile Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na bugün başvurulmuştur.
