Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu,

Yasal kayıtlarımıza göre; 2016 yılı dönem karı olan 2.911.734,51- TL üzerinden 614.453,18- TL vergiler düşüldükten sonra 2.297.281,33- TL Net Dönem karı kalmıştır.
Yasal Yedeklerin ayrılma zorunluluğunun geçmiş yıllarda yerine getirilmiş olmasıyla elde edilen 2.297.281,33- TL Net Dönem Karı'nın Özkaynak yapımızın güçlendirilmesi için, Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayrılmasının 03.05.2017 tarihinde gerçekleştirilecek olan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerine önerilmesine, (Ek-tablo)
Yönetim Kurulumuzca Oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
