Şirketimizin 50.000.000 TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde 7.120.695,86 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden ve/veya borca mahsuben karşılanmak suretiyle %600 oranında, 42.724.175,16 TL tutarında artırılarak 49.844.871,02 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ve II-18.1 sayılı Kayıtlı Sermaye Sistemi Tebliği'nin 6'ncı maddesinin dördüncü fıkrası dikkate alınarak kayıtlı sermaye tavanını bir defaya mahsus aşmak üzere yapılacak bedelli sermaye artırımı ile eşanlı olarak çıkarılmış sermayenin tamamı iç kaynaklardan (sermaye olumlu farkları hesabından) karşılanmak suretiyle %1100 oranında 78.327.654,46 TL tutarında artırılarak 128.172.525,48 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) yapılan başvurumuzun onaylandığı bilgisi 21.08.2025 tarihli ve 2025/45 sayılı SPK Bülteni'nde yayınlanmıştır.
