Şirketimizin 1 Ocak 2019 – 31 Aralık 2019 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan TMS/TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Güreli Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş olan finansal tablolarına göre oluşan 21.919.538 TL dönem karının (Yasal Kayıtlara göre 8.369.205,41 TL); Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar, Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ile Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde;geçmiş yıllar zararları nedeniyle DAĞITILABİLİR KAR OLUŞMADIĞI için kar dağıtımı yapılamıyacağına ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu önerisi oybirliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
