Şirketimizin 19/04/2021 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde, 2020 hesap dönemi Bilançosunda yer alan 5.086.941,67.-TL Sermaye Düzeltmesi Olumlu Farkları ve 13.848.058,33.-TL Geçmiş Yıl Karlarından olmak üzere, toplam 18.935.000,00.-TL tutarında İç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle sermayemizin 56.065.000,00-.TL'den 75.000.000,00.-TL'ye artırılmasıyla ilgili Ana sözleşme tadili ve ön izni için 07.05.2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmıştır.

Esas Sermaye sisteminde olan şirketimiz, SPK madde tadil onayı/ ön izni sonrası mevzuat gereği genel kurul onayına gidecektir.
