It has been decided to sell the C Block Building in the Dilovası Modern Industrial Site project in Çerkeşli Neighborhood, Dilovası district, Kocaeli province, which is being carried out by Halk Yapı Projeleri ve Geliştirme A.Ş., of which our company is a 100% shareholder, to our main shareholder, Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., for a price of 1,450,000,000 TL + VAT.
