It had been announced that applications were filed with the CMB on 11/20/2025 for the approval of the amendments to Article 8, Articles of Association hereto for the purpose of raising the registered capital ceiling from TL 7,500,000,000 to TL 15,000,000,000 and extending the authorization period for the registered capital ceiling until the end of year 2029.
