The following supplement (the "Fourth Supplement") has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Fourth Supplement dated 3 March 2021 to the base prospectus dated 5 May 2020 relating to the DenizBank A.Ş. U.S.$3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme as supplemented by the first supplement thereto dated 14 May 2020, the second supplement thereto dated 27 August 2020 and the third supplement thereto dated 17 November 2020 (together, the "Base Prospectus").
