Bankamızın 20.03.2025 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı sonucunda 20.03.2028 tarihine kadar kadar görev yapmak üzere Yönetim Kurulu üyelesi seçilen, Yönetim Kurulunun doğal üyesi olan Genel Müdür Recep BAŞTUĞ, Hesham Abdulla Qassim ALQASSIM , Shayne Keith NELSON , A hmed Mohammed Aqil Qassim ALQASSIM , Aazar Ali KHWAJA , Dr. Björn LENZMANN, Eman Mahmood Ahmed ABDULRAZZAQ, Patrick John SULLIVAN ve Burcu ÇALIKLI arasından; Yönetim Kurulumuzun 20.03.2025 tarihli görev taksimi kararı ile Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı'na Hesham Abdulla Qassim Al Qassim, Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekilliğine Shayne Keith Nelson'ın seçilmelerine karar verilmiştir.

As a result of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Bank held on 20.03.2025, the members of the Board of Directors were elected to serve until 20.03.2028; General Manager Recep BAŞTUĞ, Hesham Abdulla Qassim ALQASSIM, Shayne Keith NELSON, Ahmed Mohammed Aqil Qassim ALQASSIM, Aazar Ali KHWAJA, Dr. Björn LENZMANN, Eman Mahmood Ahmed ABDULRAZZAQ, Patrick John SULLIVAN and Burcu ÇALIKLI, and among these members, with the decision of our Board of Directors dated 20.03.2025, it was decided to elect Hesham Abdulla Qassim Al Qassim as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Shayne Keith Nelson as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
