Banka Yönetim Kurulunca, Bankamızın 2024 yılı TSRS Uyumlu Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu'nun sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi dâhil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere; 28 Mart 2024 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul'da onaylanarak Bankamız 2024 yılı Bağımsız Denetçisi olarak seçilen DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (Deloitte)'nin, 2025 yılı faaliyet dönemine ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul onayına sunulmak üzere Sürdürülebilirlik Denetçisi olarak da seçilmesine karar verilmiştir.

The Bank's Board of Directors has decided to elect DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (Deloitte), which was approved by the Ordinary General Assembly dated March 28, 2024 and elected as our Bank's 2024 Independent Auditor, also the Sustainability Auditor to fulfill all other obligations within the scope of the relevant regulations, including but not limited to the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of the TSRS-Aligned Sustainability Report prepared for the year 2024, to be submitted to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly to be held for the fiscal year 2025.
