Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu yapmış olduğu toplantıda;

1. 2025 yılı hesap dönemi kârından 10.588.235,29 TL. brüt ve 9.000.000 TL. net temettü dağıtımının 2 (iki) taksit halinde yapılmasına, kâr dağıtım tarihlerinin 28 Nisan 2026 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda belirlenmesine ve teklif edilecek olan tarihlerin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,

2.Söz konusu kâr dağıtım önerisine ilişkin olarak SPK'nın II-19.1 sayılı Kâr Payı Tebliği'nin 8'inci maddesi uyarınca hazırlanan ve ekte verilen 2025 yılı Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu ile işbu Yönetim Kurulu kararının kamuya açıklanmasına,
