Based on the Decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 11.11.2021 and numbered 59/1670, also in accordance with the articles numbered E-29833736-110.09.09-34258 dated 07.03.2023 and  numbered E-29833736-105.01.01.01-13003 dated 12.11.2021 ,

6,000,000 of our Main Partner Bera Holding A.Ş.(BERA) shares were sold through "Exchange Sale" in the Borsa Istanbul Equity Market between 19 and 25 December at a price range of 14.58-15.25.

In this way, the obligation specified in the Capital Markets Board's Decision dated 11.11.2021 and numbered 59/1670 has been fulfilled by our Company.
