In line with the material event disclosure made on April 21, 2025, following the approval of Capital Markets Board, our Board of Directors has submitted the necessary application to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye ("Ministry") to obtain approval for the amendment of Article 7, titled "Capital," of our Company's Articles of Association, as attached hereto. This application has been approved by the Ministry through its letter dated May 13, 2025, numbered E-50035491-431.99-00109196302.

The proposed amendment to the Articles of Association, as attached, will be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the next General Assembly Meeting.
