We previously announced that, having held a 50% shareholding, we became the sole shareholder of Esentepe Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Esentepe Gayrimenkul") by acquiring the remaining 50% of its shares on 30.09.2025. In connection with this sole shareholding status, the resolutions of the Board of Directors and the extraordinary general assembly regarding the amendment of Esentepe Gayrimenkul's Board structure and its representation and binding authority so as to consist of members and signatories appointed by our Company were registered by the Ankara Trade Registry Office today.
