We previously announced that, having held a 50% shareholding, we became the sole shareholder of Kurtköy Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Kurtköy Gayrimenkul") by acquiring the remaining 50% of its shares on 28.11.2025. In connection with this sole shareholding status, the resolutions of the Board of Directors and the extraordinary general assembly regarding the amendment of Kurtköy Gayrimenkul's Board structure and its representation and binding authority so as to consist of members and signatories appointed by our Company were registered by the Ankara Trade Registry Office on 01.12.2025. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail .
