Ali Ercan, the controlling shareholder in Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürün. San. Tic. A.Ş., transferred 48,000,000 (48,000,000.00 TL) shares, representing 20% of the total issued capital of Qua Granite to Q Yatırım Holding Anonim Şirketi, of which he is the sole shareholder. The bearer shares are the group B and non-publicly traded shares. The transaction was completed on 09.11.2021. As a result of the share transfer, Ali Ercan will remain as controlling shareholder in Qua Granite. Due to this indirect share transfer, no liability arises under the CMB legislation.
