Our application to Ministry of Trade for the approval of amendments of the 6th article of Our Company's articles of association titled "Company Capital" related to the increase of our Company's registered capital ceiling from 525,000,000.- TL (five hundred and twenty-five million Turkish Liras) to 15.000.000.000,- TL (fifteen billion Turkish Liras), to determine the validity period of the registered capital ceiling as 2023-2027 as announced to public with the material event disclosure dated 09.03.2023, has been approved with the Ministry of Trade's permission letter dated on 07.04.2023.

The draft amendments to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the shareholders' approval at the first General Assembly meeting.
