Hasan Hüseyin Ütebay and Mazlum Hüseyin Ütebay have 2,250,000 and 2,250,000 Group A privileged shares, respectively, and Group A shareholders also have voting privileges pursuant to Article 10 of the Articles of Association. At the General Assembly meetings, Group A registered shares have 5 voting rights and Group B bearer shares have 1 voting right. Considering that the aforementioned privilege also existed in the initial public offering of the Company's shares and that it is not possible to take decisions only with privileged shares, no change is foreseen in the said structure.

Minority rights are regulated in Article 18 of our Articles of Association. Accordingly, the shareholders who constitute one twentieth of the share capital may not be restricted or prevented from exercising the rights granted to them under Articles 411, 420, 439, 486, 531 and 559 of the TCC, other articles of the TCC, Capital Markets Board regulations and other relevant legislation. Utmost care is taken in this regard. No request has been received from investors in this regard and no change is foreseen in the near future.
