Dividend Payment Table Explanation
|
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Ata Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. (A Member Firm of Kreston International) tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre ana ortak payına düşen 54,401,222 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur. Konsolide olmayan V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 5.019.182,95 TL Dönem Karı oluşmuştur. Şirketimizin, yatırım ve finansman politikaları, kârlılık ve nakit durumu dikkate alınarak şirket finansal yapısını güçlendirmek adına 2017 yılı için kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına, SPK uygulamaları gereği kar payı dağıtılmayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verildi.
