Dividend Payment Table Explanation
|
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği hükümlerine uygun olarak hazırlanan ve Ata Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. (A Member Firm of Kreston International) tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre ana ortak payına düşen 72.953.293.-TL "Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur. Konsolide olmayan V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 37.296.714,40 TL "Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur. SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dahilinde 2018 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına,
Oy birliği ile karar verildi.
