Yönetim Kurulumuzun 06.06.2022 tarihli 2022/23 numaralı kararı ile,
Şirketimizin 2021 yılı TFRS'ye göre hazırlanmış konsolide finansal tabloları kapsamında, net dağıtılabilir dönem kar tutarı 205.053.341,46 TL olarak ve VUK kapsamında hazırlanan finansal tablolarda, net dağıtılabilir dönem kar tutarı ise, 124.255.925,26 TL olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kar Payı düzenlemeleri uyarınca, dağıtılacak kâr payı tutarında üst sınır Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan kayıtlarda yer alan ilgili kâr dağıtım kaynaklarının dağıtılabilir tutarıdır. Buna göre, Şirket'in azami dağıtabileceği 2021 yılı net dönem karı 124.255.925,26 TL'dir. Yönetim Kurulu olarak, 2021 yılı yasal kayıtlarda bulunan net dağıtılabilir dönem kar tutarının tamamının dağıtılması hususunun genel kurulun onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
