oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		22.02.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda, Şirketimizin iç üretim faaliyetlerini tek bir lokasyona taşımak amacıyla Manisa'da bulunan iç üretim birimimizin, Torbalı Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'ndeki (Torbalı OSB) arsa üzerine kurulmakta olan yaklaşık 16.000 m 2 üretim tesisine taşınmasına ve taşınma işlemlerinin yatırımın tamamlanmasını müteakip başlatılmasına karar verildiği bildirilmişti. Manisa'daki iç üretim birimimizin taşınma süreci 30.05.2024 tarihi itibarıyla başlatılmıştır, taşınma sürecinin Şirketimiz cirosu üzerinde olumsuz bir etkisi bulunmayacak olup, faaliyetler planlandığı şekilde devam edecektir. Manisa'daki iç üretim birimimizin ardından Torbalı merkez binada bulunan operasyonlar da taşınarak, Temmuz 2024'te süreç tamamlanacaktır. Torbalı OSB'deki üretim tesisinde görev almak istemeyen çalışanların iş sözleşmelerinin İş Kanunu ilgili maddeleri uyarınca hak ve alacakları ödenmesi suretiyle sona erdirilmesi sonucunda, 30.05.2024 tarihi itibarıyla Şirketimizin personel sayısı 1.538 olmuştur. Konu ile ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyuna bildirilecektir.		In our the material event disclosure dated 22.02.2024, it was announced that in order to unify our internal production units to a single location, it was decided to relocate our internal production unit located in Manisa to the production facility of approximately 16.000 sqm which is being built on the land in Torbalı Organised Industrial Zone (Torbalı OSB) and that the relocation procedures would be initiated following the completion of the investment. The relocation process of our internal production unit in Manisa has been started as of 30.05.2024, the relocation process will not cause a decrease in sales and operations will continue as planned. The operations in Torbalı headquarters will be relocated to Torbalı OSB as well following to Manisa and the process will be completed in July 2024. As a result of terminating the employment contracts of employees who did not want to work at the production facility in Torbalı OSB, with their rights and severance in accordance with the relevant articles of the Labor Law, the number of our Company's personnel as of 30.05.2024 has become 1,538. Developments will be announced to the public.
