In accordance with the principles determined in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, Sun Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. has been selected as the Independent Auditing Company to audit the financial reports of our Company for the 2024 accounting period and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in these laws. The General Assembly decision dated 27.06.2024 was registered by the Torbalı Trade Registry Office on 04.07.2024 and was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 04.07.2024 and numbered 11115.
