oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 28.04.2022 tarihinde onaylanan İzahnamede belirtilen fon kullanım yerlerine ilişkin olarak, SPK' nın VII-123.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği' nin 33' ncü maddesi gereğince, sermaye artırımından elde edilen fonun kullanımına dair fiili gerçekleşmeler Denetimden Sorumlu Komitemiz tarafından hazırlanan ekli raporda sunulmuş olup,  Şirketimiz, sermaye artırımı yoluyla halka arz kapsamında elde ettiği fonun tamamını İzahnamede belirtilen fon kullanım yerlerine uygun şekilde kullanmıştır. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		The actual use of the funds obtained from the public offering has been presented in the attached report, in line with the use of proceeds stated in the Offering Circular approved by the Capital Markets Board on April 28, 2022. The Company has utilized all of the funds obtained through the capital increase and public offering in accordance with the purposes specified therein. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a  discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
