Additional Explanations

Due to the economic conditions, and uncertainties in exchange rates and raw material prices, our Board of Directors, in order to manage risks and establish a strong resource base for our projects and new investments, has proposed that no dividend distribution be made for the year 2024, and that the remaining amount, after the general legal reserve is allocated, be transferred to the extraordinary reserves account. This proposal was approved at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly.
