In accordance with the Article 40 (40/3/ç) of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Real Estate Investment Trusts within the framework of the collective disclosure of purchases, sales or leasing transactions not exceeding 2% of the total assets contained in our last publicly disclosed financial statements; in 2024, our Company entered into lease agreements, including renewed contracts, for a total amount of TRY 22,262,771 (excluding VAT). Furthermore, lands were purchased for a total amount of TRY 538,805,465 (excluding VAT) and property sales were carried out for a total of TRY 1.952.148.720 (excluding VAT).
