Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarında ve yasal kayıtlarında 31.12.2017 tarihi itibariyle oluşan sırasıyla 259.392.437,00 TL ve 77.878.481,73 TL Net Dönem Karı'ndan, yasal kayıtlara göre hesaplanan 3.893.924,09 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe'nin ayrılmasından sonra; Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı SPK mevzuatına göre 255.498.512,91 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan yasal kayıtlar çerçevesinde ise 73.984.57,64 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.
Yönetim Kurulu'nun 13/04/2018 tarihli toplantısında; Şirketimizin geliştirmekte olduğu projeler ile yeni yatırımlara kaynak ayrılmasının planlanması ve büyüme politikaları doğrultusunda 2017 yılında gerçekleşen dağıtılabilir net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabına aktarılması hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
