A Building Permit was obtained as of  25.10.2023 for the Hayat City Mahmutbey housing project, which is planned to be built on island 2048, parcel 31 in Bağcılar District, Göztepe District of Istanbul province.

Within the scope of the project, it is planned to build 142 units and 6 commercial independent sections on a construction area of  29,425.77 m2.
