Landis+Gyr Publishes Annual Report 2025 and 
Invitation to AGM 2026

Cham, Switzerland – May 29, 2026 – Landis+Gyr Group AG (SIX: LAND), a global energy technology leader driving intelligent innovation across the grid, today published its Annual Report 2025, which is available on the Company’s website ( www.landisgyr.com/ar2025 ). The report provides a comprehensive overview of the Group’s business and financial performance, corporate governance, remuneration, and sustainability achievements for financial year 2025 (April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026).

In addition, Landis+Gyr today published the invitation to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on June 26, 2026, in Cham. The invitation with the agenda items is available on the Company’s website at www.landisgyr.com/agm . As previously communicated on May 7, 2026, the Board of Directors proposes, among other items, a distribution of CHF 1.20 per share from statutory capital reserves.

Changes to the Board of Directors
After several years of dedicated service on the Board of Directors, Laureen Tolson has decided not to stand for re-election at the upcoming AGM. The Board of Directors extends its sincere gratitude to Laureen for her valuable contributions, commitment, and dedicated service to Landis+Gyr.

The Board of Directors proposes the election of Scott Reese, a U.S. citizen, as a new member of the Board of Directors at the AGM. As former CEO of GE Vernova’s Electrification Software business, Scott Reese brings extensive leadership experience across the energy and industrial technology sectors, having held senior executive roles at GE Vernova and other leading companies. His expertise includes digital transformation, software-driven business models, and customer-centric innovation. With a strong track record of scaling technology businesses and driving growth in global markets, Scott Reese will further strengthen the Board’s capabilities as Landis+Gyr continues to execute on its strategic priorities.
