Statement on Negotiations with Acciona
ContourGlobal notes today's press speculation and the public regulatory filing made by Acciona S.A. to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) and confirms that it is in negotiations with Acciona in relation to the potential acquisition of five concentrated solar power plants in Spain.
The Company expected to make further announcements in due course.
