ContourGlobal plc Announces 2020 Second Quarter Dividend
The Board of ContourGlobal plc ("ContourGlobal" or the "Company") announces that it has approved a quarterly dividend for the three months ended 30 June 2020 of USD 4.0591 cents per share, equivalent to $27.03 million.1 This dividend reflects the Company's target of 10% year-on-year growth in dividend per share, which is supported by ContourGlobal's strong and predictable cash flow generation.
The June dividend of $27.03 million,1 will be paid as follows:
Dividend per share in USD: 4.0591 cents per share
Exchange rate: GB£1 = US$1.3061255
Dividend per share in GBP: 3.1077 pence per share
Ex-dividend date: 3 September 2020
Record date: 4 September 2020
Payment date: 25 September 2020
