ContourGlobal announces Q3 Trading Update and Dividend announcement date

Contour Global announces that its Q3 Trading Update, including the dividend for the third quarter, will be released on 27 October 2020.

Chief Executive Joseph Brandt said: "The tremendous efforts of our front line employees throughout 2020 have enabled us to remain on track with our guidance for 2020 Adjusted EBITDA of $710 million to $745 million¹ and for our commitment to a 10% annual increase in dividend. We remain in a strong position to continue to return value for the benefit of all stakeholders and I look forward to reporting on 27 October."

¹Based on constant exchange rates from 2019 of EUR/USD 1.12 and BRL /USD 0.25, and assuming no prolonged disruption to operations, human resource and to our off-takers arising from the current Covid-19 pandemic.
