Basis of Accounting [Text Block]	The unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements included herein were prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Certain information and footnote disclosure normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America have been condensed or omitted pursuant to such rules and regulations. In the opinion of management, disclosures made are adequate to make the information not misleading. These condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and notes included in the Company's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011. In the opinion of management, the interim data includes all adjustments, consisting of normal recurring adjustments, necessary for a fair presentation of the results for the interim period. The results of operations for the interim periods are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the fiscal year.
