Act (WpHG) we have received on May 6th, 2008 the following notification
from JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA:
On behalf of JPMorgan Chase & Co. we announce pursuant to section 21
sub-section 1a WpHG that on 17th April 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co. share in
the voting rights of Roth & Rau AG amounted to 3.91 %, corresponding to
134,924 voting rights. Thereof, 3.81% (131,535 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection
with sentence 2 WpHG. Further 0.10% (3,389 voting rights) are attributed
pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
