In accordance with sec. 21 sub-section 1 of the WpHG we have received the
following notification from BlackRock Luxembourg SA, Senningerberg,
Luxembourg, in its name and its behalf:
We should hereby like to inform you pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
Luxembourg SA in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 3,70% (510,000 voting shares)
on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Luxembourg SA
pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No 6.

Luxembourg Holdco S.á.r.l. in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 3,70% (510,000
voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Luxembourg Holdco
S.á.r.l. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.

24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BlackRock
Jersey International Holdings L.P. in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 4,43%
(611,137 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Jersey International
Holdings L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
