Correction of the notification dated December 10, 2009 (published on
December 11, 2009)
In accordance with sec. 21 sub-section 1 of the WpHG we have received the
following notification from BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St.
Helier, Jersey, UK, in its name and its behalf:
We should hereby like to inform you pursuant to Sections 21 Paragraph 1 and
24 WpHG that the percentage holding of the voting rights of BR Jersey
International Holdings, L.P. in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 01.12.2009 and amounts to 4,43%
(611,137 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
Please note: The correct name of the company is BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P.
