following notification from Lloyds Banking Group plc, Edinburgh, Scotland,
United Kingdom, in the name and on behalf of its subsidiary CMI Asset
Management Luxembourg S.A., Monterey, Luxembourg:
CMI Asset Management Luxembourg S.A. fell below the 3% threshold of § 21
para. 1 WpHG on 8 September 2008 and at that date held 2.941% of the voting
rights (i.e. 405,863 shares with voting rights) in Roth & Rau AG,
Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany.
CMI Asset Management Luxembourg S.A., was attributed 2.941% of the voting
rights (i.e. 405,863 shares with voting rights) in Roth & Rau AG pursuant
to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG.
