following notification from Fidelity Advisor Series I, Boston,
Massachusetts, USA, in its name and its behalf:
On 28 March 2011, Fidelity Advisor Series I crossed below the threshold of
3% of voting rights in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany. On
that date, Fidelity Advisor Series I held 2.37% of the voting rights in
Roth & Rau AG arising from 384,217 voting rights.

following notification from Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston,
Massachusetts, USA, in its name and its behalf:
On 28 March 2011 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research
Company fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Roth & Rau
AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management &
Research Company held 2.47% of the voting rights in Roth & Rau AG, arising
from 400,810 voting rights.
All voting rights in Roth & Rau AG were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

name and its behalf:
On 28 March 2011 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights in Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany.
On that date, FMR LLC held 2.47% of the voting rights in Roth & Rau AG,
arising from 400,810 voting rights.
All voting rights in Roth & Rau AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
