On May 26, 2011, Gutekunst Holding S.a.r.l., Luxemburg, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Roth & Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 24, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 15.06% (this corresponds to 2440000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.96% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 480000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
On May 26, 2011, Mr Jürgen Gutekunst, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Roth
& Rau AG, Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Deutschland, have exceeded the 15%
threshold of the Voting Rights on May 24, 2011 and on that day amounted to
15.06% (this corresponds to 2440000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.06%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2440000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Gutekunst from GutekunstHolding S.a.r.l.
