On July 06, 2011, Swisscanto Asset Management International S.A.,
Luxemburg, Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Roth & Rau AG,
Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on July 01, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.41% (this
corresponds to 875993 Voting Rights).
Explanatory note:
The two companies Swisscanto (LU) Portfolio Funds Management Company S.A.
and Swisscanto (LU) Equity Funds Management Company S.A. (the incorporated
companies) were merged with Swisscanto Asset Management International S.A.
(the incorporating company; formerly Swisscanto (LU) Management Company
S.A.) as of 1 July 2011 and will now be managed under the name Swisscanto
Asset Management International S.A. On account of this merger and the
consolidated disclosure duty, Swisscanto Asset Management International
S.A. has exceeded the notification thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting
rights in Roth & Rau AG.
