Fabasoft AG: Information regarding capital reduction

The entry of the capital reduction from EUR 7,000,000.00 by EUR
2,000,000.00 in the commercial register is scheduled to take place on 7
September 2010. Through the entry in the commercial register the capital
stock will be reduced to EUR 5,000,000.00. Due to administrative reasons
trading of Fabasoft shares may be suspended in the short term.
