On September 28, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that it's wholly-owned subsidiary, Alanco Behavioral Health, Inc., executed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire Bella Monte Recovery LLC.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
