Sunrise launches the «Iconic Bundle», the comprehensive premium package for discerning customers

• When it comes to devices, the Swiss prefer the premium brands Apple and Samsung. Around three-quarters of smartphone users also have a tablet, and around half have a smartwatch from the same provider.
• To meet the demand for seamless connectivity with multiple devices, Sunrise is launching the «Iconic Bundle», which offers full flexibility in every respect, with the latest devices whenever you want and worldwide roaming included. And as you’d expect from Sunrise: customer loyalty is rewarded.
• What’s more: Sunrise is also significantly expanding its Device-as-a-Service offer beyond the Iconic Bundle. In addition to smartphones and tablets, smartwatches with a device plan and the Flex Upgrade option are now also available.

This means we’re meeting another big demand from our customers.»

The Iconic Bundle sets the new benchmark among premium offers: national and international connections and global roaming are included, there’s the option to purchase and exchange the latest smartphones, watches and tablets at any time, global insurance cover for the devices, up to five extra SIM cards for unlimited connectivity – all with one plan.

The Iconic Bundle can be compiled to suit individual device requirements . Multiple smartwatches or tablets can also be combined in one bundle. Four examples of many possible combinations can be found here.

Appealing to both existing and new customers

The loyalty concept also applies to the Iconic Bundle: «The more you choose, the longer you stay, the better the deal». With the Iconic Bundle, existing and new customers benefit specifically from:

• A 50% permanent discount on the Iconic mobile plan (CHF 99.95 instead of CHF 199.90) as long as the plan, a device plan and the Flex Upgrade option are active. In addition, the Multi Mobile Benefit (50% discount on each additional mobile plan) and the Home Benefit (CHF 10.– discount when an Internet plan is combined with a mobile plan) also apply.
• A discount of up to 25% on the latest smartphones with the Smart Upgrade device plan .
• Up to five additional SIM cards (extra SIM watch / surf ) for smartwatches, tablets, laptops, etc. with no extra cost for the extra SIM cards.
• A plan for connections with a total of up to six connected devices across national borders with unlimited calls and unlimited mobile Internet in Switzerland, in 44 European countries and in the USA & Canada, and 1 GB per month for mobile Internet in all other zones (roaming), and also with unlimited calls from Switzerland to 43 European countries and the USA & Canada (international calls).
• The Flex Upgrade option at no extra cost for all devices purchased with the Iconic mobile plan and the connected extra SIM cards. The Flex Upgrade option offers maximum flexibility and global insurance cover and is extremely popular : The recommendation rate is 92% and the satisfaction score is 4.4 out of 5 points. Apple customers also get AppleCare Services and iCloud+ with 50 GB of storage.

To emphasise the premium nature of the Iconic Bundle, Sunrise is giving existing customers who switch to the new bundle and new customers an exclusive gift : anyone who signs up for the bundle will get high-end headphones (choice of AirPods Max or Sony WH-1000XM5) and an elegant 3-in-1 wireless charging station for convenient charging.
